1. You only need to use 2 minute tv commercials to lose weight.
Just about every 1 hour tv show has about 20-22 minutes of commercials. Plenty of time to get your workout in. Best of all, because you’re doing 2 minute mini-sessions, you boost your metabolism up even better than 1 longer session of 20 minutes non-stop. So you will need to watch at least 1 hour of tv each day (gee, you got it rough).
2. Do an exercise called the vacuum pose.
My clients average 1.75 inches lost from their waists in less than a month doing this 1 exercise for just 5 minutes a day. Boost that up to 15-20 minutes a day and they lose on average 3 inches in a month.
Here’s what you do…
Suck in your lower belly area around your belly button. Note: People make the mistake of sucking in their upper abs, just remember it’s the lower belly that gets sucked in.
OK now… hold that “sucked in” position for 15 seconds minimum. When you get use to this exercise, hold it for longer… up to 60 seconds at a time.

You can lie on the couch and do this one. What you do is rub your hands together for 20 seconds and rub small circles around your belly button with either hand. Do the rubbing for about 30 seconds at a time.

Belly rubs work because the heat from your hands shoot right through your skin and into your fat cells in the belly. The heat “nukes” the fat cells basically. Fat deposits don’t like heat… think thermogenesis.
